Carers And Their Duties.

Carers have been carefully selected from varied walks of life and work experiences.

They will have a up to date DSB check, and be trained to or working towards standards of CQC.

Effort will be put into the matching up process between carers and clients,

General Duties

Assistance with personal care...  i.e. Bathing, Dressing, Feeding.

Continence support...  i.e. Changing of pads, Assisting to toilet.

Dental hygiene.

Infection control.

Manual handling. i.e. Support with mobilising, Hoists.

Use of equipment.

Medication. (Though a nomad system is highly recommended)

Providing home cooked meals.

Social Interaction and Outings.

Escorting to appointments.

Light housework.

Assistance with Pet care.

Driving where required.

Promoting clients right to Choice, Dignity and Independence.
